With our wide range of dining options, exceptional chefs, and the finest of wines from our extensive cellar, The Dower House Hotel has everything you need for a memorable foodie getaway.

The Hotel itself located just a couple of minutes’ walk from Woodhall Spa village and is surrounded by two acres of tranquil gardens set in beautiful woodland. The Dower House Hotel was built in 1905 and is stylishly restored, retaining all of its original features.

A journey of food heaven awaits in the intimate surroundings of The Dower House Hotel Restaurant. From the Á La Carte Menu, you can expect delicacies like Grilled Lincolnshire Plum Loaf or Pickled Herring to start and to follow, Fillet of Beef Stroganoff, Sea Bass Fillet and Duo Venison.

And if you have enough room left, choosing from the delicious desserts won’t be an easy task. Whatever the choice, you are in for an indulgent finish to your meal.

Luckily our deluxe guestrooms are not far from the restaurant for when the after-dinner food coma hits. We offer a range of room types including our double or twin rooms to impressive suites. Each of our rooms are generous in size and individually designed with your comfort in mind.

A food-filled stay at The Dower House Hotel wouldn’t be complete without our renowned traditional afternoon tea which includes an impressive selection of teas, freshly baked scones, pastries, cakes and finger sandwiches, roast sirloin of beef with horseradish,  honey roasted ham & tomato, egg mayonnaise & cress to name just a few examples. For an extra special treat why not add some champagne or wine to your afternoon tea experience.

Our Afternoon Tea is served Monday to Saturday 2:30 – 5pm. Pre booking is required.
